Had a pipe burst Sunday. he explained how he couldn’t come out that day but that he could come out Tuesday. I wait all Tuesday morning only to get a call that “actually the job I had scheduled before you is taking really long, I’ll be there tomorrow morning. Unless you want to call a different plumber.” I ask if he was sure he was able to make it Wednesday or if there were other jobs that would come before mine, potentially not being a priority if something in his schedule went amiss. He assured me we would be his first stop at 8am. Except he called me at 8:06 to say that he got hurt on the job the day before and was in an ankle cast. Which fair enough, but communication prior so I could set something up after waiting 3 days would have been nice.

Have used Brian for multiple things from leaky sink to a water heater replacement to a Sunday morning sump pump outage. He is always quick, reasonable, and does the job right! Can’t recommend enough

I would highly recommend Delie Plumbing! In the past year I was caught off guard with a sump pump issue and later this year with a water heater problem. Both times occurred after hours and Delie Plumbers not only answered the phone, which no other plumbers in the area did, but he walked me through what to do over the phone to check whether the sump pump was operating and to dismantle the gas etc on the water heater. He did this without expectation of business. Brian installed the new water heater today, did a great job, and was professional. I was particularly impressed that he also valued his safety as well as his customers by wearing protective wear and social distancing. And on top of it he fixed an issue with my screen door:)

Brian is an outstanding master plumber. My husband and I have hired him for small and large jobs. I appreciate that he is a perfectionist in every job that he does. He has completed work on our 10 year old house as well as our 100 year old farmhouse. His prices are reasonable and more importantly, he really gives you an honest opinion on what you really need. I have a tendency to want the largest water heater, more expensive brand of faucet or toilet, or water filtration system and Brian takes the time explain the pro's and con's, more expensive isn't always better, although there are times when spending a little more on something is well worth it. That goes for items that I have purchased myself as well as those I have asked him to order from a plumbing supply store. He is fair and honest. We have dealt with many professionals and he is one of the few that we will continue to use for the long term.

Came to our home gave quote. Asked for it in writing? Never got. Left repeated texts about when he could begin work. Never responded. Not even to say he was to busy?
