Tony was pleasant and did an efficient job getting us a new faucet outside, as it was leaking by our hose. Thank you for saving us money on our water bill and for a next day appointment. We appreciate you all- office staff and workers in the field alike!
Service person came out quickly and found the issue said I could order the part because they do not work with Rheem. He said the part was about $1100! He gave me an estimate for a new water heater it was extremely high about 3 times what it should cost. Blamed the high prices on Covid ! It’s 2025 prices are not that high. I called another company and they changed the part need very quickly.
I’m in the process of buying a house in the Suamico area and in the basement water would come up from the drain(clogged). I wanted an inspection done to see if the problem was going to be costly. Big thanks to the office staff who I spoke with to set up the appointment and to Dwayne M for coming out and fixing it. I will be recommending them to others!!
Their quality of work is good, when they do it. Came to my house once to estimate a bathroom demo and remodel - didn't take any measurements, said they didn't feel comfortable with the tenant watching them work. Ok. Property is vacant, they take an estimate, charge me for it. Now they don't take my calls or emails to finish the job. That ain't right.
The service provided was great. The office gave me a heads up call that our plumber was on his way in 15 minutes. Tom showed up right on time and got the job done fast. I would definitely recommend Vern Kummers Plumbing!
