Great service and awesome people. We called for an issue that may or may not have been a plumbing situation but had to rule it out. They came within the hour of calling, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and were able to diagnose the issue right away. We’ve had some bad luck with local vendors but ED is in a league of their own and a much needed change from what we’ve seen. They have loyal customers with us now!

I had a major drain backup last Sunday and was in a big pinch. I called Ed’s. They answered right away and within 45 minutes. Evander showed up in 45 minutes with a smile and got right to it. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem. Gave us some practical advice and I appreciated his communication style. He was very reasonable for price. I will be using Evander moving forward.

I left a message for Ed's Drain Cleaning early on a Sunday morning, and had a call back within two hours. We scheduled a time on Monday. The technician got delayed by problems on an earlier job, but they kept me informed the whole way. Once Keith arrived, he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and accurately, and offered options on how to resolve the issue. The work was done quickly and carefully. Now my kitchen sink drains better than ever! And I got some tips on how to maintain the line to prevent future problems. Highly recommend!

The gentlemen that came out were professional and made sure I understood what they were doing and how to prevent it in the future.
