Great to work with from start to finish. Needed a new shower, toilet and vanity for small bathroom. Corey was great communicator and got us on the schedule very quickly. Brad and Brad were amazing installers. Great skills, kept things cleaned up and worked quickly. Very impressed. Will recommend and work with Beno Plumbing in the future.

Brad came out to my residence on 20JAN2025, I was lucky enough to be able to be home early in the morning for a pipe that burst inside of my wall. Brad was early compared to the estimated time and worked diligently to resolve the issue. In the process he even managed to identify an insulation issue we were unaware of which resulted in the freezing and bursting of a cold water line in an obscure area. I am incredibly grateful for the work they did and would strongly recommend Beno Plumbing for the quality of work as well.

I chose this company because I believed the job would be done right. I’ve used their services for my rental properties in the past, but unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I called for a specific repair and also asked for advice on another issue while the plumber was there. The plumber didn’t fix the original issue I called about—I had to crawl behind and tighten the pipe myself. From what I observed, the plumber seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to address the problem thoroughly. It was a simple fix, yet it was left unresolved. As for the second issue, I requested that the plumber inspect it first and let me know what needed to be done before proceeding. Instead, he attempted to fix it. When I called to discuss it, I received no reply. To my surprise, I later received a bill for a three-hour job. The issue that was supposedly fixed started leaking again within a day. Now, I’m being told I’ll be charged to send another plumber to address the same issue that should have been replaced properly in the first place. I never dispute a payment for actual work completed if fixed, but I cannot justify paying for an issue I personally had to fix and another that remains unresolved and now requires further repairs. This experience has caused me to lose all trust in this company. As someone who frequently referred clients, lenders, flippers, and realtors to this company, I can no longer recommend your services.

We discovered the need to replace our water heater in the morning before a camping trip. Cory was able to adjust scheduling to get someone out immediately. Our plumber, Rick, was absolutely amazing! We'll use Beno Plumbing for any needed future services. Highly recommend!
