I have no idea where to start; so I'll start with, this company is amazing. I spoke with Jerry over the phone, he was professional and very knowledgeable, he was realistic and a pleasure to speak with. He had Henry come out to provide the quote and Henry was very knowledgeable and very professional, as well. Henry did the job; he worked steady and in a timely manner. He works VERY neatly and was just overall a pleasure to work with. Also, ladies, I felt safe being here with him working in my home. Great company and great people!! 👍

Where do I begin!! This company is the truth! Fast, honest, reliable, professional service. I hit a pipe in my yard while doing some yard work on a Friday evening and had to call the water company to shut off the water since the water was rushing out of the pipe which was partially underground. The next morning I contacted David Franklin Plumbing and described the issue. He arrived promptly and informed me step by step his assessment. He discovered the issue and explained the fix and cost. I authorized the fix and he got to work immediately. He Removed the old corroded pipe and installed a new one. 6.5.25 Jerry to the rescue once again!!! I can't say enough about how fabulous this gentleman is!! So I will say something I think everyone willl get!! He is so amazing you feel like you just had a visit with your grandson! Or son dependending on your age! LOL! I just love this young man he has a beautiful soul! NaMa JuJu Today marks Jerry's third visit to our home since the August 2016 flood. He is honest and quick to come when I need him.
