The plumbing team was extremely professional and quick to respond. I needed help fixing a leak in my bathroom faucet because the shut-off valve under the sink wouldn’t close all the way. When Raymond from the crew checked it out, he found the faucet was much older than expected and couldn’t remove the handle to change the washer. He recommended installing a new faucet instead, and there was no charge for that initial visit. After I bought a new faucet, I called them back, and they were able to come out the very next day to put it in. Everything was installed correctly and finished quickly. Before choosing them, I checked with a few other plumbers and found their rates to be very fair for the high quality of work they do. I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I highly recommend this plumbing company. They installed a new water heater for me and did a fantastic job. When I called, I spoke with Elias, one of the managers, and within an hour he had a technician, Keith, come over to check out the problem. Keith was excellent—he explained everything that needed to be done and told me how long it would take. They could have finished the work the same day, but since it was getting late, I asked them to come back the next morning, which worked out perfectly. That night, I had a question and called the company after 9pm, and Elias called me back within five minutes. The service was really impressive. I was very happy with the work they did, and the price was very fair. I definitely recommend this plumbing service.

d & d plumbing really impressed me. after a holiday, when most other plumbers in columbus were closed, they showed up at my house almost right away. harold and his apprentice were both prompt and professional. i had lost a diamond earring down the kitchen sink and they worked patiently to get it out of the garbage disposal. it took a few tries, but they didn't give up and finally got it. they put everything back together quickly, and everything worked perfectly. the office staff were also friendly and helpful. overall, my experience was excellent from start to finish.
