I had a great experience having a drain unclogged. Monty came out the same day I contacted the company, did a thorough home inspection, and fixed the clog. He discovered some old valves that need replacing, have is a quote for that, and even popped a new washer on our garden hose as he was checking the outdoor faucet. Really appreciate his friendly, professional approach and explanations, and we'll definitely be contacting this company again for future projects.

Cameron did a great job clearing our clogged drain. My wife and I were out of working bathroom sinks given an ongoing remodel in one and a clogged drain in the other. Cameron was able to come out same-day to clear the clog and even did a full walkthrough of the house, explaining things about our plumbing that I was not aware of. Top level service. I found Craftsman Plumbing on the Better Business Bureau in a time of need. My primary bathroom sink drain was clogged. Craftsman Plumbing impressed me with their informative website and quick response to my inquiry (emailed late in the night) for a secondary drain cleaning. Kayla at the dispatch office called me in the morning with email confirmation. After the friendly call, we were able to schedule same day a technician to come out to inspect the clog and give a quote based on their assessment. The plumber Monty was a consummate professional. Monty was exceptional with him verifying what the problem was, explaining the inspection process, being courteous and respectful (e.g., cleaning up after himself), and noting unrelated potential problems and observations. His work was jovial, effective, and communicative. He was able to give a quote and perform the repair service (i.e., remove the clog), which was quick and a success. It is rare to encounter to someone who is experienced, and willing to share that knowledge. I will be keeping Craftsman Plumbing in mind for inevitable future plumbing problems and needs in 'this old house' given the excellent customer service from Monty and team.

They showed up on time and quickly fixed a loose kitchen faucet. They fixed the issue and noticed another issue that could occur down the line and proactively quoted me for fixing that. Great service! Will definitely use again!

This is the second time I’ve used Craftsman Plumbing, and once again Monty did an outstanding job (this time to replace all the decades-old shutoff valves in three bathrooms…in one valve the rubber seal was deteriorated to the point it was a flooding accident waiting to happen).
