They did a great job repairing my AO Smith water weather. Would recommend them to anyone that needs things fixed.
Installed our water softener and reverse osmosis system backwards. Installed a new garbage disposal when we did not ask for it. Had to redo vanity plumbing several times.
I made an appt 2 weeks ago, and since my drip had become a steady stream, so we had to shut the water off. When making the appointment, we agreed we would tear to wall out before he got here. An hour after our appointment time, we called and were told they weren't coming. They didn't warn us or anything.
Courtesy is fast, responsive, and professional in their work. John even allowed me to "looky-loo" for a bit. Their work is Grade A and they left a clean jobsite. Price was very fair, even for the emergency type work.
They were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and not only fixed the problem they left our plumbing better than before!
