Worst company ever. Took my money and never gave me a quote as promised. And my drain was still clogged by them after they left. Didn't even run the whole line just from house to clean out about 20 feet, the other 60-70 feet they didn't even touch. Also arrived 15 minutes early didn't call to or anything to tell me they were there but charged me for that 15 minutes that i wasn't even home yet for I was at work as I told them when I scheduled the appointment. Cost me total of like $400 and I got nothing out of it. Will never call again and will never recommend them to anyone ever. Thank you Cooper's for taking my money and scamming me. I'd not give you any stars if I could. No you blocked the good part of the Drain and I called out another plumber who cleared it had a quote for repair in a day and fixed it in less than a week. The only part that was partially collapsed was the part to clean out. You guys marked the blockage a foot past the cleanout, where there was no problem at all. Cause the better plumber ran a camera and verified the only problem was between the house and the cleanout. Thank you for a crappy job and taking my money and you never gave me a quote as your guys told me I'd get in a couple of days. Called a week later and was told by the person answering the phone they'd call me back with an answer never received a call back either hmm.... Three weeks later still nothing hmm... Will never recommend you guys ever, now I no why even the city of Topeka doesn't use you either. Karma sucks, Good luck with your scams.

This company helped my mom and did an amazing job. They were kind and patient. They were able to fix her problem at a fraction of what she’d been quoted previously. Highly recommend!

We have used Cooper's Plumbing on several occasion over the last year and each time we have been so happy with the work they provided. Chris is fantastic. He is always on time and is constantly working when he is here. He leaves the areas he works in spotless when he is done. He is very knowledgeable and makes good suggestions if we ask. Thank you so much. We will be calling them again in the future.

7-26-23, hottest week in years and our 40 year old Ruud ac stops blowing cold last night 8ish. We called Cooper's this morning because they did our water heater last year. Dave was over early afternoon replaced a couple capacitors, washed it out and all is well. Fast, fair, friendly service at a reasonable price right there folks.

We have used Cooper's for heating/ac repairs for over 30 years. Just recently Patrick and Jason worked on their own time to find a part for our furnace. The part was a special part for an old furnace. Their professional customer service was exceptional. As soon as the part came in they came right over to fix it. We really appreciate all their help.
