Knowing Knoxville has a plethora of highway robbers that call themselves plumbers. I prayed, then immediately came across Cooper plumbing. Chris didn't show up in a 2025 van with an $8000 paint job. It was an old beater. He didn't waste my time on the repercussions of a week long sales course. He was in and out, and sent me a quote with a couple days. The phone receptionist is absolutely amazing and helpful seeing up appointments. When he came to do the work, he didn't judge the clutter. He and his assistant stayed on task, did more than I originally asked him to do, and still took the estimate down a third of what I was prepared to pay. Absolutely the best plumbing company in Knoxville, hands down.
