I wasn’t interested in a window unit—even though it would’ve been the most budget-friendly choice, it just wasn’t what I was looking for. We settled on a Fujitsu mini split, and I have to say I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the installation. No corners were cut. I happened to come home on my lunch break the day it was being installed, and I saw one of the technicians on a ladder carefully wiping down the plastic housing that encases the copper line and power cables from the outside unit to the inside one. While this might seem like a small detail, that level of care and pride in their work is exactly what I want from a contractor.
