Pretty good for the most part. Better communication would be good. No on told me they would release water to the side of the house. I had moved all my stuff out there to get it out of the way and was shocked to go out there and see it all soaked. Also, water heater is a little crooked on the support platform. Instead of straightening, they added braces to hold it, support it, at the slightly crooked position. Looks odd but as long as it works...? Worst item was the sink faucet they force turned and broke. It was already "unique" in how it worked but worked if you knew how to work it. No one,.. again communication..., mentioned needing water from my garage sink. (There was a hose in use already) Water is off to my sink now permanently until I can replace the faucet. Of course they offered to replace for some $300+ fee... Lol! Uh no. On the plus, the service techs were very respectful when they did communicate, seemed to do a good job otherwise, and said they got me a better model than we originally talked about. Appreciate the pluses!

I’m very satisfied my laundry drain was well cleared. Carlos and Tyrus explained my utility and washing machine plumbing to me and made me confident to use the in wall laundry drain. Both gentleman were professional and courteous. No longer draining washer in utility sink. Yay!

Very reliable company, dependable, and helpful and trouble shoot my issue. When found out the water leak on the garage roof is not a plumbing issue, even I called for emergency service, like as soon as possible, William waived the service cost with a smile. He said, it’s ok I won’t charge you. That’s very nice gesture of him. I appreciate so much.

Antonio came called and gave me a perfect appointment awareness time. Showed up at that time. Pleasant young man who fixed 3 toilets and when I asked if he could replace 3 handles, he said he had to look on his truck, he offered to have parts delivered in case he had none. All were replaced! Great customer service from scheduling to service provider!

Armstrong Plumbing is the best!! Affordable, honest, and fast service for an emergency plumbing issue last week! I had a clog affecting my showers and toilets in my older home. I mistakenly called RooterHero first, who sent a technician who didn't even use the snake tool and just told me that he needed to use the hydro-jet for an unbelievable amount of TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS!
