Richie and Doug just installed a new hot water heater in our tiny condo space. What did we like? We recently called City Plumbing to address a pipe leak, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. Joe R. arrived promptly at the scheduled time and impressed us with his courteous demeanor and quick diagnostic skills. He not only fixed the leak efficiently but also took the initiative to tighten a loose knob near the repaired pipe, demonstrating his commitment to excellent service. Joe’s attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. Because of his exceptional work, we’ve decided to enter into a contract with City Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs and maintenance. We will deffently recommend Joe R. and City Plumbing to our friends and family.

Today was the second visit we had from City Plumbing. Mike helped us on both visits. The first one was to replace the tub faucet and shower head a few years ago. It's an old set up, but he had just what we needed and took care of it quickly and easily! Today he came to replace the sink faucet and check our shut off valves. Same as before...he did an awesome job. So friendly too...and patient with our curious dog :). Thanks Mike!

Nothing is annoying like the alarm going off in your water heater. when you have to leave. But City Plumbing was so easy to work with. I have no photos as just to add to the fun we are away!! Joe R and Dave C came in and replaced our heater. They were able to use our existing flood stop and were conscientious about keeping us fully advised. I would use them again whenever I need a plumber! Thank you Joe R and Dave C!

We run a non profit and had City Plumbing come to install our new piping for sinks which led to a whole new AC install from the Landlord of our new space. The installation was done professionally, however after our first full summer with the new unit, we started to have issues with the coils freezing. After a couple times of troubleshooting, which is normal to do, upon the final visit the technician became extremely rude, accusing us of lying and demanding receipts for filters, and then ultimately saying I don’t need this, get someone else and walked out. Extremely unprofessional behavior and tone, and this is coming from someone who is also in the service industry and has to do with all types of clients and issues everyday. BE BETTER!
