Called about a leak in our crawlspace - on a Friday afternoon they were able to get someone out here quickly, I felt like that alone was a win. Getting a text with the technician’s info and a short time window for when he’ll arrive feels extra calming when you’re staring at a leaky pipe. Chris came out and quickly realized it was an excessive water from an AC drain line and we needed to have the AC unit looked at. He even offered to call someone about it since they handle AC service, which I would have jumped on if not for the fact that we have an AC maintenance contract. So we didn’t get work done, but with the responsiveness and knowledge (I had many questions and they were all answered) and overall great attitude through the entire process, this is where I’m going for my next inevitable plumbing need.

Lacey made it happen. I’ve never seen someone follow up like this—emails, calls, even a quick text update when things changed. She kept everything moving and made sure no detail slipped through the cracks. I didn’t have to chase anyone down because Lacey was already two steps ahead. If you need someone who’s got your back from start to finish, she’s the one.

I have always had a good experience with Chisholm. They were fast and efficient when my air conditioning went out and have used them in the past when I was having plumbing issues. They come highly recommended!

So grateful to Collier for coming out and fixing our ac unit. We had such a wonderful experience with Chisholm. Will definitely use them in the future.
