Chicago Home Plumber Tech PSD

Very pleased with my experience with Tech PSD! I had a clogged sewer line in my home and had been recommended Tech PSD. I made a call in the morning and a crew was sent out the same day. Val helped out and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They treated me like family and did a professional job. They came with all the tools they needed to get the job done and were clean. I appreciate their attention to detail and how they even sent me a video of the sewer line to ensure that the blockage had been properly remedied. I would not hesitate to recommend Tech PSD's services to anyone with plumbing needs. They do high quality work and truly are professionals in their craft.

I know when people read reviews there's normally a little skepticism like, "Is this legit?"; I'm here to tell you from my experience with working with these guys LITERALLY RIGHT NOW, they have been GREAT. From their initial diagnostics, to their scheduling, the work, everything has been exceptional! They arrived promptly (actually early), and sent over professionals to deal with a busted cast iron mainline pipe that was found to be cracked. Their guys knew what they were doing and walked me through essentially every step along the way for my explanation. Long story short these guys were great and I would highly recommend! - Joe V

I’ve used this service twice. First my technicians were David and Fernando. They worked diligently to find the solution to my problem. They came on short notice and didn’t leave until I could use my bathroom, kitchen, etc. Their job was not easy, but they were troubleshooting in real time and found the issue and how to solve it. The drain to the city was clogged and it was extremely difficult to find and blow past the main problem. They did right by me. The second time I used them my technicians were Val and Fernando. Again they came to my home on short notice to unclog the drain in the basin in my backyard. It had backed up into my basement. They were friendly, quick, professional, highly knowledgeable about my situation, and gave me a lot of perspective on what to expect after they fixed the problem. I would highly recommend their service again.

They do it all! After one company diagnosed the problem—they said they couldn’t fix it. But PSD Tech came out and had the issue fixed and we were back to normal before noon! They are my go to for my plumbing needs. Their technician also did a great job of explaining in layman’s terms what they were doing and what was happening at every step.

I had an emergency backed up pipe on a Sunday and Tech PSD was great. They were incredibly responsive when I called and sent someone out right away. Robert came and fixed it very quickly and was super helpful / kind. They were recommended to me by a friend and I recommend them as well!
