THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING. I had a huge job and they tore right through it and had it done in a day. I am still amazed at how much they did. All the guys were super professional and very helpful, very knowledgeable. The work they did was pristine. Dave and Jason specifically were great, and we really appreciate their help. In the future there will be no question who I will call when we need serious professionals to work on our heating, cooling or plumbing. Carter's - programmed on my speed dial. Thanks, guys.

1.They do not give any estimates for their services over the phone. 2. They did not come prepared for the sewer scope that was requested and had to reschedule the sewer scope to a later date. 3. They scheduled me for Saturday morning. On the phone they told me 8-10AM but the text state 8-1PM (Who has that time on a Saturday ) 4. They overbooked and my appointment was an hour behind the agreed time slot. 5. They were not able to complete the sewer scope (not their fault) BUT the agent who I was working with expected an additional payment after I was told by the first agent I would not have to. Kim did her best to assist me and I appreciate her seriously. Whether this was an isolated issue or not, I do not recommend this business !! Waste of an entire Saturday Morning (07/12)

Moved into our home on labor day wknd. Typical old house issues arose quickly. Called several plumbers with no responses until Carter's plumbing. They called us back and was able to send out Matt. Matt spent ALLLL day at our house not only fixing the no shower issue we originally called him out for which was more extensive then we even knew, but he also fixed the kitchen plumbing and installed a new hot water tank. If I'm being honest Matt was one of best technicians I've ever had for any service Ive ever needed point blank. He was courteous, friendly and worked right thru all day long. He was conscious about the floors wearing protection on his shoes and his cleanup after on every job was pristine. He even took all junk away with him! Most any companies never do that, they leave it for you to deal with on top of the mess. Everything works great and we now can shower, n use the kitchen sink. Perfect job and matt represented his company well. Prices were fair and yes the service fee was higher for it being a holiday but I'd say it wasn't unfairly priced at all. We signed up for their yearly membership which saves us 10% across the board and some off the service fee. Did I mention they were the ONLY ones to call us back!! I will use Carter's and matt specifically for now on. We have more to do but this got us up and running and great peace of mind. I cannot say enough about this company and matt. Customer for life as long as the service stays top notch as it is. 5 stars are hard to earn, they EARNED it and more. Oh and he even took the time to look over a few things with me after working all day. It was great to meet you Matt and appreciate everything you did for us.

This has been a 2 month nightmare trying to get my AC repaired. This company has dropped the ball time after time. First technician comes over and doesn’t know what he’s doing and fries my motherboard. I wait weeks for this next motherboard part. I am then told by the next tech they kept rescheduling me over and over because all the current techs were scared to make it worse as they didn’t know how bad the first one messed up my furnace. The woman in the office taking calls are so beyond incompetent. I was called Friday 7/18 and told I would be scheduling service for 7/23 between 8-1pm. I take work off for this. I call around 12:30pm and am told I am not on the schedule. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone even if they did the service for free as they would only drag you through the mud for 2 months and not complete the work or schedule you.

Carter's Plumbing did a wonderful job fixing the leak in the water line leading from our well into the house. They were able to send someone within 3 days of our Sunday afternoon call, and the full job (replacing the pipe and excavation) was completed in one day. Matt the plumber and his helpers were very nice. Our 4-year-old wanted to invite them over for a playdate afterwards. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!
