The professionals at Cardinal transformed by basement. During a whole house remodel, they worked with me to upgrade my HVAC system and rerun my ductwork to allow me to transform my basement. Aaron Buck, Sean Duane, Casten were the leads on my ductwork project over multiple months. They were professional, timely, and extremely hard working individuals. Special thanks to Nicolas Weisensel for being an honest and trustworthy professional while serving my HVAC system through the Cardinal Program for another one of my properties. I was very impressed! Our AC went out on those very HOT days and they got someone over to us right away to evaluate it all. They fixed the motor and gave us the pricing options we needed because of the age of our AC and Furnace. We had two different guys come out and both were amazing and professional.

Cardinal Heating made it easy for us to schedule our semi annual system maintenance. The office kept us informed all day as to when the technician would arrive. He arrived as expected and was very polite and informative. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. We would recommend Cardinal and our technician.

Cardinal was nice to work with, we could schedule online easily and they called to confirm. They were great communicators throughout the entire process and flexible with our schedule to install our new furnace/AC. I'm guessing they were not the cheapest, so I do regret not getting additional quotes, but they bring a lot of peace of mind with their work and did a great job. I judge companies by how well they clean up after themselves, and you would never have known they were at our house besides the cool air finally coming out of our vents :)

In June we needed to have our water softener and water heater replaced--both were almost 15 years old. After getting estimates from various companies, we found that Cardinal Heating & Cooling offered a good deal. The technician arrived promptly when scheduled, was VERY neat, thorough, efficient and friendly. His partner was ill that day so he had to work alone--not easy when trekking up and down from our basement. He was knowledgeable, worked quickly and did an excellent job. Both appliances are working perfectly and we are very pleased with the outcome. We would recommend Cardinal for any future needs.
