Fair, honest, quick, and quality. Intake method (voicemail) is antiquated but effective. We had a long time span between the plumbing completion and our countertops being delivered so the sink could be hooked up. That wasn't an issue. They remembered the job and finished it up.

I cannot say enough good things about the work they did for us. Will was prompt, removed his shoes at the door, came back 3 times (not his fault). We had a frozen/burst pipe and called 7 plumbers before we found one who could come out in less than a week. They were there the next day at 7am and fixed the pipes in an hour. Impressive. Then we found another leak under our basement floor and they worked with the City of Duluth to get the water shut off from the street and repaired the rusted out pipe under our basement floor. I would definitely hire them again.

My husband and I noticed that our furnace was out. It was Sunday at 9pm and I called to set up an appointment for the next day. However, Adam instead rushed right over and had it fixed in under an hour! Adam has always done great work and he will be the first person we call for any of our HVAC needs. Called Caldwell Plumbing & Heating and made an appointment for a plumber to show up at my house on November 20, 2017 at 10:00am. This was a 3 week wait from the time I called. On November 20th I called at 10:13am to see when they would be arriving I got a voicemail and left message.....nothing! I waited until 1:00 pm. they never showed up or gave me a courtesy call.

Every plumber and the owner I interacted with on a recent home project was professional, courteous and friendly. I am so happy with their work and couldn't recommend them highly enough.
