We had a toilet flange that started to leak. We were hoping to get it fixed that day. Mandy said they were really busy but would see what she could do. She called and said Reilly could squeeze us in and said he'd be stopping by about 1:30. Reilly showed up at 1:30 and put in a new flange, installed leveled and caulked the toilet. He then checked for leaks at the toilet and downstairs with no problems. He was done in an hour. Thanks Reilly and Mandy for helping us out! Reilly n Will are super kids and certainly good workers. I was totally impressed with what little time it took them to complete the job. Having some experience in masonry I did however, suggest to Reilly the following MAY be considered by your staff in the future that would may the finish product nicer and more finished off. 1) The use of a concrete saw that would insure Cleaner cut lines. 2) The use of concrete mix that is not so course as to once again have cleaner edges. Reilly and I discussed this issue and he seemed to be in agreement.....at the time anyway. However, we are very pleased with Stone and would gladly recommend your biz to others👍🏼

Today’s repair thankfully was quick and easy. After fixing the initial faucet issue, Bjorne took the time to visually check the condition of the galvanized pipes in the exposed basement ceiling. I appreciate the thoroughness. And he arrived a few minutes early. We previously had Stone Plumbing out about a year ago to move plumbing for the washer, connect a utility sink, replace a suspect galvanized pipe, fix a leaking exterior faucet, and replace the wheel knob with a lever for the water shutoff. They did great work then too.
