Brad was responsive and timely in getting an estimate and on the schedule. Riley and his partner installed new central air unit over two days. They were on-time and had excellent communication. Quality of work was excellent and they cleaned up any mess that was created. Riley explained how to use new unit after installation. All intereactions were very positive and professional. Overall, excellent experience. Highly recommend!

AG O’Brien in Duluth did a fantastic job fixing both our air conditioner and a bathtub drain. Jeremy, our service tech, was professional, responsive, and clearly skilled at what he does. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done right. It’s hard to find that level of service these days—AG O’Brien made it easy. Highly recommend!

Arrived later than expected (9:45am) and as a result the electrician had to come twice because of delay. Miscalculated the downward slope and drilled extra 2 (3”) holes which will need to be filled with paneling and sheet rock. Broke hanging wooden cross (they placed pieces on a table and hung rest of cross back up) and never said anything about it. When asked about covering for indoor tubing, he replied “not today, but I’ll leave behind a full case of covers” Multiple instances of leaving doors wide open and also placing all tools on the bed.

5 stars for Rian. Nice guy and worked hard to keep a tidy work space and being done promptly. Great at explaining everything. Had an AC condenser installed. If you get work done on yours just ask them ahead of time about a new pad for your condenser. I did not and didn’t hear anything and we whipped one up but I would have spent a day making it nice had I known ahead of time. Other than that they communicated with me well and worked to get me a little bit of a deal due to another contractor leaving me out to try. Would absolutely work with them again if needed.

Outdoor AC unit broke down during the hot weekend. Customer service was super helpful with getting me on the schedule asap. Jeremy came by today, he quickly diagnosed the issue and had the unit back up and running in no time! Would highly recommend! P.S: they were the ONLY company that actually answered/called back out of the 7 I called within the area.
