My AC wouldn't turn on the other day and Mr. Burris came out within a couple of hours after I called. He was very thorough with inspecting my AC unit and was able to diagnose the issue. He even taught me how to install a new thermostat! His pricing is very fair, and he is a very kind and honest man. I am very happy that I called when I did. If you call him, you won't be disappointed.

Mr. Burris did quality service on a clogged sink in my kitchen. He was able to rod it out and unclog it. Mr. Burris at 88 years young is a pillar of the southside community.

Mr Burris was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and totally efficient. He arrived at the exact time he said he would. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and he knew what needed to be fixed on my central air unit as soon as he removed the cover. He had to go and get a new part. Said he'd be back in 30-minutes and returned in about 20-minutes with the new part. The entire repair time was less than an hour! Mr Burris really knows his craft!
