For Pacific Trenchless aka Budget Sewer Inc. - Another plumbing company came out to address a backup in our basement sink but ran into trouble getting the snake through due to roots and debris. After running a camera, they identified a serious blockage. To clear it, they said it would require cutting a hole in the deck, digging down 9 feet over an 8-foot stretch, and quoted $12,500 just to clear the blockage. If the pipe was in bad condition, they recommended installing a sleeve--if salvageable--or potentially replacing the pipe entirely, which would cost significantly more. I decided to get four bids, and they varied widely, ranging from a few thousand to over $22,000. These estimates included clearing the blockage and, in some cases, adding a sleeve. Budget Sewer gave a fair initial quote that didn't include the sleeve, but once they opened things up, it was clear the sleeve was necessary. I ended up paying just over $14,600, and I believe it was a fair price for the work done. They started at 7:45 a.m. on a Tuesday and finished by 10 a.m. Thursday. They did an excellent job removing and reinstalling the deck--something none of the other bids included--and left the area clean and looking just as it did before they started. I would absolutely recommend Aiden and his team. They were punctual, hardworking, and very professional throughout the entire process.

Budget Sewer replaced our sewer line two years ago. This morning, the drain in our laundry room was backing up. I didn’t know who to call so called Aiden. He picked up immediately and was at my house 20 minutes later. The backup had nothing to do with the sewer (thankfully) but he got it draining again plus gave me two recommendations of who to call to fix the issue going forward. I called Budget Sewer after my old side sewer collapsed under the street. Budget Sewer was able to complete the repairs with minimal impact and cost. They team was quick, clean and kept the impact to the yard at a minimum. I would highly recommend Budget Sewer over the highly advertised plumbing services in the area.

Paul and the entire Budget team are solid, careful, effective, insightful professionals. They designed a solution to my 100 year old side sewer after a complete blockage. Bursting the pipe around 2 90 degree turns with a total run of almost 125', their work preserved my deck frame and saved thousands vs. retrenching. Their bid was quick and fair. I manage field specialists and after watching their entire process end-to-end, there just aren't any suggestions for improvement. I will not ever shop for another sewer & drain company again. Top shelf company.

The team was great! They managed a complex sewer replacement with good information, keeping me apprised f the work, and managing to the budget. We ran into a few issues and they worked to resolve them quickly and cost effectively. Also efficient and very clean wine they were done. Highly recommend!!
