Have had these guys do work for my company's apt complex at IVY AT WEST HILLS. done great work for me and had the best crew come Michael and Jackson thank you boys and James best guy always will make it happen! Thank u boss!!!

If I could do zero stars I would. Not only is this place working under someone else's business licenses they treat their staff horrible. They should be reported to the state. I wouldn't trust this business at all to do anything to my home or business.

Had a great experience with Buckner plumbing in 2022 when they got us out of listening to a different business's recommendation who said we needed to fix something that cost thousands of dollars. Buckner assessed the same issues and said, while we could do what was recommended, it was not needed. Called today, 9/11/23, for a different issue, and, unfortunately, I didn't think to first ask how much their service call fee was. I wrongly assumed it was the same as their competition that I had called which was $79 - $100. To my surprise their service call for the 5 minute check that the technician was here was $175 - that was just to assess the problem and not actually fix it. I did call and speak to the manager to let him know that as a courtesy, it would be more professional to state their service call charge when making appointments so that the customer is not surprised last minute. Obviously, I knew there would be a charge. I just didn't think it would be so high. It was my mistake for assuming and not asking. I'd still call them for service, though. I have had no bad service issues with them. Only a difference of opinion on disclosure.

I can’t even tell you what a great experience and service we had. Jason & Jackson were great!! We had a pipe that broke and we had to shut the water. They came in and in 1/2 hr did the job. Super friendly and very warm. Definitely will be a returning customer! Thank you for all the help!

Got a call from KUB about continuous water useage. My next door neighbor recommended Buckner as he had used them previously. So gave them a call and the next day they sent a crew out to do an analysis and deduced (and I concurred) that my buried service line had a leak and I was given an estimate on the spot. They arrived with the necessary equipment the next day and had the problem fixed (replacing 120 feet of buried water line) fixed by 3pm. They returned after the weekend to do some clean up which I was very happy with. I found the workers, to a person, to be very thorough, considerate, and communicative. The job came in exactly as estimated, even though I added an extra couple of things (adding a valve and pressure reducer). I thought the price was very reasonable, and was very pleased with the responsiveness and service.
