Absolutely super experience with the folks at Brown’s Plumbing Services. Chris took the call and explained the cost and job perfectly. Rocky and his teammate arrived early and patiently waited for me to show up as I dealt with a family emergency. The job was completed super quick and expertly and I’m super pleased. Thank you again so much for being so professional and courteous.

Had Brown's back out for some additional work a couple weeks after they did a good job on another project for us. Showed up on time, service man was pleasant to deal with, work was done well, and quickly. Also came in much less expensive than an estimate we had received from another plumber. Highly recommend!

Really happy with the service from Brown’s Plumbing Service. I had a pretty big issue and they got back to me quickly, showed up on time, and were super easy to work with. Drake explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and there were no surprise costs, which was a big relief. They also made me feel that my little jobs are just as important as my big ones. They did solid work, cleaned up after, and just made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Definitely a company I’d call again and recommend to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

Honest about the actual problem that needed fixed. It was not as bad as I was expecting! They could have "repaired" the issue that I believed was the problem and charged me alot more...I know plumbers that would have taken advantage of the issue and done just that. They also repaired an issue with the toilet that I had not discovered when I scheduled the service call. Very pleased with the service guys...very nice and very polite! I have dealt with service people in the past that acted like it was a big imposition to repair your plumbing problem. The company also quickly s heduled me in and I thank you for that. We were on a deadline and it was great that they worked me in on my schedule. Also, these were minor issues that many companies do not want to bother with. Thank you!

Best in town! I had a larger plumbing company who was contracted by my scam warrant company come out and gave me a 6k estimate to replaced the main drain out to the foundation. When I call Chris he was extremely helpful, understanding and flexible with my schedule. Nick was the technician who did the estimate and repair, he was also very honest and explained everything every step of the way. They did not exaggerate the difficulty of the repair and also didn’t tack on unnecessary charges. Not only did they replace all the cast iron piping, rerouted everything, fixed multiple leaks, installed an accessible clean out and all this only for MUCH less than the quote from the first company. These guys absolutely rock!
