VERY happy with my experience with Brett from Brotherhood Plumbing! Reasonable price, same day service, and Brett was super friendly and explained everything to me. My family will be using Brotherhood for plumbing needs in the future! I had a very old water heater that started leaking and needed to be replaced. I called around 10 plumbing companies in the BR area and Brotherhood Plumbing was definitely the best option! They called me back ASAP, were able to come out and do the job the SAME day I called, didn’t charge me a fee just for coming out, and quoted me a price $800 LESS than one of the big, private equity owned companies in town. Brett even wrapped up and put the water hose that we were using to plug the valve and contain the leak in our carport. Thanks for making a stressful experience easy to deal with!! No more ancient hot water heater flooding my utility room!! THANK YOU!

My husband and I were very impressed from start to finish! Mr. Brett came out to give us an estimate for two new toilets and a tankless gas water heater conversion. He was our lead plumber throughout installation and he kept us informed the entire time. He showed us each new piece of equipment being installed, demonstrated improved function of each as compared to our older systems, and always asked if we had any questions. We are tremendously pleased with the service at Brotherhood Plumbing and we enthusiastically give them 5 stars because they earned it!!!

Tiny did an amazing job! Brotherhood has gained a new customer for life! Hands down the best service I have ever received. Tiny was kind, honest, fast and efficient. Brotherhood Plumbing was excellent. My mom is 90 and recently had a stroke but she is still very aware of what is going on. Matt and Jacob were very patient and kind, taking the time to talk TO her, explain what they were doing and making sure she was a part of the process. She was thrilled with them. Treating elderly people with respect says a lot about the company and it's employees.
