Simply amazing fast service. Same day water heater replacement and best price we could find. Their staff were all professional and very friendly and respectful of our property. I really liked their e-invoice that had pics of their install and the serial number Payment can be made electronically also. I was really happy with their overall service and promptness!

They were excellent! Prompt, professional and walked me through everything. They explained the pricing and all of the options. Worked very hard and kept trying to remove main drain sewer line clog. Through their effort, the drain cleared and we could use our bathrooms again. Highly recommend for all plumbing. So pleased with their work, going to have them change out a 20 year old hot water heater. UPDATE - they installed electric HWH and did an excellent job. The team of two worked hard. Prompt, professional, left no debris and competitive pricing.

Today I use Bradley mechanical for the first time, and for plumbing services. Excellent!! I did not have any problems booking the appointment, and the technician was on time. He was very knowledgeable, explained exactly what needed to be done, and got it done! Very thankful I called them and will definitely use them again in the future!

Was interested in doing an electric tankless water heater. Got my quotes, and all did not do electric tankless, and recommended against it. So, got quotes for standard tank units. 50gal and 40gal. As with the ac system...I went with Bradley Mechanical. Not the cheapest quote, but a great quote for the package I chose. Matthew came out to do the quote. He explained everything to my satisfaction (I know how to install a water heater). 96hrs later, Matthew had my new heater up n running. Highly recommend BM, and can't say enough good things about their team, techs to receptionists.

Very nice work. Had a different electrician service call the week before. That first company wanted to rip up drywall and charge an exorbitant price for a modest job. Bradley came in at less than half the cost and made it work with no damage by fishing the wires through the wall.
