You know what's a pretty solid way to ruin your night? It's 6pm on a Thursday. Your water heater decides it's done and starts flooding your utility room. Thank the good Lord for Boss Plumbing and Heating! I called two other plumbers. One didn't service our area of Manayunk/Roxborough and the other sent me to voicemail. Warren picked up immediately. Not an answering service... him. He got a guy out in less than an hour to drain the busted water heater. Showed up the very next morning with a brand new one. Perfectly installed. Great pricing, easy online invoicing and payment. I couldn't be happier. As homeowners, Boss will be our go-to plumber from now on!

I had a clog at the curbside trap, and Boss Plumbing came out fast—within an hour. The plumber was friendly and got right to work. They cleared the trap quickly using the right tools and even showed me the clean pipe with a camera. The whole job took less than 90 minutes. No mess, no hassle, and no upselling. Hired them to install a new kitchen faucet. They answered right away like the others I called and was able to come out within a day. The guy they sent out was professional and worked quickly. My only disappointment was the price. I was quoted $479 to install a simple kitchen faucet. I got other quotes for more of a reasonable price, but I went with them because they were black owned. I guess it pays to support your own kind. I was still pleased with the work, so far everything works well.

Our drains completely clogged on the 4th of July. We could not use water without it backing up into our shower. Warren cut his family vacation short to drive 2 hours each way to help us. And he did an excellent job. I cannot thank him adequately.

Warren was wonderful. On a late Saturday night, he took the time to come out when I was having an emergency plumbing issue, and stayed until the job was done. Very professional and respectful. Highly recommend.
