This company is awesome. Responsive, good listeners, expedited an appointment when one of my back flow valves was stuck. They are on time, respectful and factual. The technician and I got along well as he was a gentleman and easy to talk to. I asked some questions which he patiently explained. He was even early which I love. I cannot say enough about how great this company is.

I was a little skeptical since they had performed the testing but my backflow preventer was definitely not working properly. I did a little research and decided to go to Bob’s Backflow. The receptionist was knowledgeable and quickly setup an appointment. The technician, Daniel Ball, was on time and had everything replaced and working. Daniel was able to answer all my questions. Good price and excellent people.

Daniel Ball provided excellent service. He had to work with the existing pipes that appeared to have settled in the ground. He even them out and installed the back flow nice and level. Great job I would give him 10 stars if I could.
