Dewayne and his team were professional, reliable, detail-oriented and most importantly, expertly skilled. In our case, the team at Bob Oates was able to repair some serious issues with our side sewer line with minimal invasive action. The team took great care to leave the site as they had originally found it, and always approached the situation with clear experience and confidence. I'm grateful for what they were able to do for us and will use Bob Oates for all of our future plumbing needs.

We just had a ton of work completed by Bob Oates, and both teams did a stellar job! Our interior team lead, Konrad, went above and beyond with the total re-pipe of our house (bye-bye 1960s galvanized steel, hello pex!), the replacement and relocation of two hose bibs, and he fixed redundancies in the piping under our kitchen sink! Our exterior team lead, James, did a superb job with our water service and lining our sewer. Both teams were easy to communicate with and they were quick and thorough, not to mention we got all this work done at an extremely competitive price. While we don't anticipate needing any more plumbing work in the near future, if we find that we do, you bet we're calling Bob Oates first!

I have utilized Bob Oates Plumbing for multiple jobs now and they are incredibly responsive, reliable, and clear with their expectations when assessing a job. They provide the customer with the best case and worse case scenarios with approximate costs to minimize surprises. In our case for the most recent job, a repair was able to be completed within the expected budget. Nice work Bob Oates team!

My interaction with Bob Oates Plumbing was as pleasant as could be under the circumstances. From the people in the office who were empathetic and who scheduled me promptly, to Wyatt, who came out and did the work. I want to especially call out Wyatt for his professionalism, efficiency, and generally pleasant and easy demeanor. I hope I never have any more leaks, but if (when...) We had a clog that was causing our washer and utility sink to back up, the day before we were expecting our second child. Bob Oats had someone out to our home within 45 minutes of calling and Bradyn took care of the issue quickly and professionally. He was personable, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing. Everything has been working perfectly since which has been a huge relief. Great experience, I’d highly recommend.
