From my first conversation with the Blue Bear reps to the work completed by Austin B., we are extremely satisfied with the information provided, the return calls, texts, and service provided. The plumber came and surveyed our leaking water heater, asked questions, determined next steps, and suggested a couple of brands/types, and we decided on one that should serve us well for the next 20 years. The brand I initially considered and the process to install it would not have been the most economical or design-wise configuration for the area. Austin is very knowledgeable and operates like he truly cares about the quality of his work, explaining his process along the way. Although Blue Bear’s quote was a bit pricier than others, the service we received, along with their Blue Bear care plan, was worth the cost.

The main office is great to work with, responsive, returns phone calls, and texts.Frank and his apprentice came out to service my Navian tankless water heater. they were professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. Frank explained everything clearly. They did a thorough job with the maintenance and even showed me photographs Of the cleaning before and after. I also appreciated how respectful they were of my home. They were shoe covers. I ended up signing up for their annual membership, which is a great value for the yearly cleanout and peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Blue Bear is THE company to call if you need plumbing, heating or air services. I have used them three times now and always received outstanding customer service from booking an appointment to communicating with technicians. They offer a very affordable maintenance care plan for each system in your home, which will save you money right away! Each technician that I have met has been very respectful, attentive and professional. I had a great experience with Blue Bear for my recent air conditioner replacement. The project manager, Kyle, was very friendly and thoroughly explained all available options. The technicians, John and Cowen, were professional replacing my a/c and explaining the functionality of the unit and maintenance. Overall great experience. I highly recommend for a good price and professional service.
