Bill Frusco's team fixed a water main break at our house. The permit was obtained very quickly. The crew was very knowledgeable and the communication was great. Great company with great service. I cannot recommend enough.

If I could give 0 stars I would. To make a long story short, this company gave us a 6k+ estimate to fix an issue that didn’t actually exist (discovered with a second opinion). They charged us to snake and scope our sewer which they did without resolution. When they called us to schedule our 6k repair we explained that their evaluation of the issue was not accurate and that we did not have a broken sewer pipe buried 6 feet under our sidewalk that needed repair. I played phone tag with Bill senior who after deflecting any wrongdoing, offered to send me a check for the cash amount we paid for the scope and snake. Edit: I increased my review 1 star because after posting this review, Bill Jr. contacted me and admitted that my refund “slipped through the cracks.” I have received a check in the mail for the amount paid. While I admit it is very rare that both owners care enough to contact a customer directly for a resolution, my trust for their technicians ability to correctly diagnose an issue has not changed. Not once was a valid explanation given or a comment made to discuss with the technician the thought process behind his evaluation. Based on other reviews and the fact that they were willing to give me my money back makes me think my situation may have been a fluke but I personally would not recommend this company.

Had a jetted tub in bathroom with leak to room below. Jeff came and immediately identified the source of the leak. He ordered a part and came back a few days later and repaired it. He was very professional, pleasant and efficient. Kept work area clean. Scheduling team also great and appreciate the timely text and email communications.

We’ve used this company several times over the years. Grayson and Jack did a great job replacing our kitchen faucet and worked diligently to fix a problem they encountered during the process. They are both really professional and friendly and made sure we were aware of every step involved.
