Coby Martinez was the excavator who completed the job at 59 Baylor St. in Pueblo. He was on time, polite, and very thorough. The job was completed to our satisfaction.

I was very surprised that my tankless hot waterheater was installed in one day. All the plumbing, venting, gas line and drain pipe, and electrical, removal of the old water heater and cleanup was done promptly, Travis and his helpper with the two electricians did a great job.

AC went out on a Saturday (holiday weekend) and called in, left message and Layla called back within the hour. Sent Q from Springs and he arrived ready to diagnose problem (have had AC for 2 years) Q was super professional, and diagnosed quickly the loose wire and we had AC back!! He was knowledgeable and great sense of humor. He also reminded us to get our membership renewed for him to come back in the fall and next spring to check our AC, heater and water heater all installed by Big Cat. Highly recommend and great peace of mind with their quick attention.
