A Truly Outstanding Experience with Bieg Plumbing! We recently had the pleasure of working with Bieg Plumbing, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Living in a home built in the late 40s, we were dreading the inevitable replacement of our original metal main stack, which had developed several pinholes. Our past experiences with home projects had left us wary, and we anticipated a cost-prohibitive and stressful endeavor. However, after hearing numerous positive remarks about Bieg Plumbing, we decided to give them a call – and we are so incredibly glad we did! From the very first interaction, our experience was exceptional. Brett Ahring came to our home to assess the situation and promptly provided us with a quote that we felt was not only fair but extremely reasonable for the scope of work, which included replacing the main stack and the interior main shut-off. Once we agreed to the work, our appointment was set efficiently. On the day of the service, Eric and Matt arrived precisely on time, ready to tackle the job. Our older home, with its less-than-modern updates, presented a challenging environment for the plumbing work, but this did not faze Eric and Matt in the slightest. They approached every complication with remarkable stride and skill, overcoming each hurdle thrown their way. The quality of their work was truly far above our expectations. Both Eric and Matt demonstrated an impressive level of talent and mastery in their craft. It was clear they are experts in their field. Beyond the excellent work performed, our interactions with the Bieg Plumbing team, specifically dispatch (Taylor) and billing (Candace), further solidified our positive impression. Their amazing customer service highlighted that Bieg Plumbing truly believes in hiring top-level team members across the board. Without a doubt, we wholeheartedly encourage anyone in need of plumbing services to reach out to Bieg Plumbing. They have completely changed our perspective on home projects, delivering professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer care from start to finish.

Could not be happier with Bieg's service. Called about 7:30 and spoke with Taylor , she was able to get Kevin the plumber to our house within half an hour! Kevin was fast and efficient, finished before 9. All for a very reasonable price. 😃😃

Had to get my water heater replaced cause it was old and leaked. They came out one hour after my call and installed a new water heater and unclogged a pipe. It was incredibly fast. Competitive pricing. Very pleased with the service, very pleasant experts that came by.

Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had. I called for an estimate for work and described the type of work. When the plumber came out, he was here for maybe 30 minutes or less and said he would send the estimate. Before he pulled out of our driveway, I had an invoice for $209 in my email. I never agreed to pay for an estimate and it was never disclosed. When I spoke to Rebecca, the manager, she insisted that they don’t give free estimates but, after much discussion, agreed to waive the bill in exchange for not sending the estimate. To my surprise, a few weeks later, I just received another bill and when I spoke with Rebecca again, she refused to waive it. We did have the work done by another plumber who was honest and gave a fair price. I cannot say more strongly to avoid this company.

This company pulled a bait and switch. Told us it was $69.99 to come out for diagnostic of plumbing issue. Fixed the flapper on our toilet and charged 289.00 for labor and was at my house for less than an hour. Also said his hourly was $160. Nothing I hate more than dishonest companies especially tradesman. I could of fixed a flapper if I knew this was the issue. That is a $6-$20 dollar piece tops. Never again and would not recommend. Make sure you do not allow them to do any actual work without knowing what they charge for labor. This was supposed to be a diagnostic job only and give me a price on work. Scam!!! You again proved you lied. Told us $69.00 to come out and never said anything about billing a rate or fee additional for a diagnostic if the 2 issues we reported we needed you for. I also found out about his labor fee after he fixed a part that I could have easily replaced. You also lie about him being at our place for more than an hour. Your guy sat in his van for a good amount of time, but I guess sitting in his work van counts as labor. You conned my mother. I would of kicked you out before doing anything had I know the cost up front. But you lied and hid that information so you could conveniently charge me $289.00 for labor. Everyone be safe out there and do not trust this company! 1000% do not recommend. Find a better honest more reputable company because this is not it.
