Called Beverly about an emergency need. Marshall answered the call and came to address the issue in a timely manner. Could not have asked for a better visit by him. He was interpersonally great, he educated us about the issue and other relevant factors, he answered our questions, and he addressed the need. Greatly appreciative of Marshall and his service provided.

I had a serious leak in my main waterline between the meter and the house and they were able to come out right away and fix it. I really appreciated how fast and professional their team was at coming out and handling the job quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend their service!

Wow! Everything was fine and then my house's water pressure took a nose dive. My neighbor called to tell us that a stream of water was gurgling up in the middle of our gravel driveway. Well that explains the water pressure issue. We called Beverly at 1:30pm that afternoon and by 4pm a crew of 2 people were here to help. I could not have asked for a better set of workers. Think of any positive attribute and that was pretty much them. Friendly and courteous, great communicators, incredibly strong work ethic, and just all around nice people. I'm talking about you Gustavo and E. They started by digging up the gravel driveway where the water was coming out. For the next 3 hours they keep shifting and expanding the hole, moving rock and dirt, and following the leak until they uncovered the section of offending pipe. It was getting dark at that point. They didn't have the type of pipe on the truck to fix it. So they packed up the truck and made a quick run to local True Value which was closing in 30 minutes. When they made it back and repaired the break it was pitch black outside and they were working by flashlight. By the time I checked on them again they had the hole filled back in, everything put back in place, and my water pressure restored. I learned that one of the guys had been going since 5:30am that morning and mine was their 6th job of the day. They gave my job all they had and got it done. I can't express how impressed I am by Beverly's quick response to my need and the incredible effort that was made on my behalf. Two thumbs up for Gustavo and E. and the rest of the Beverly team!

Shortly after buying my house, the 11 year old water heater stopped working. After calling 5 plumbing companies who came buy one by one and all looked at my water heater with amazement because it was some super high efficient design they had never seen or worked on before and said "I can't fix it", I then came across Marshall Beverly of Beverly Plumbing. He came by the same day I called him, had parts over-nighted and had hot water flowing within 24 hours of my call. Fast forward 3 years: My water heater is now 14 years old and quit again on a Thursday evening. For the record, even attempting a cold shower in January is not for the faint of heart. After calling Beverly Plumbing that night, he was there by 11am the next morning. He said "It's dead, Jim", we discussed my options and I decided to go tankless. He was able to find the unit he recommended at a local supply house and he had the old water heater out and the new one fully operational by 4:30pm the same day. That is service. Bottom line: Don't find the cheapest plumber you can, find the best. Beverly knows how to work on and install the higher end appliances that others shrug their shoulders at.

Absolutely wonderful company here!! Just had an issue with our water heater and needed to get a new one installed, and were referred to Beverly Plumbing. They got to us and took care of everything. These guys are Very trustworthy, courteous, professional, and fair. We were completely satisfied with everything and recommend them to anyone around the Charleston area. It is nice to see that there are still some good guys out there. 5 STARS!!
