Very positive experience with Best Plumbing for my sewer line repair! I needed a lining run from my property line to the middle of the street. Mitch was incredible. He was very prompt, communicative and courteous throughout the project. Additionally, the men working on the project were hardworking, courteous and thoughtful about the environment. This was about as positive an experience as possible when dealing with one's sewer lines!

Our outbound sewer backed up into our basement on a Sunday. We had no idea who to call and chose Best Plumbing, based on location and reviews. They answered almost immediately and had someone out to us within the hour. They got us flowing again and showed so much respect to us and our home. Everything was cleaned up beautifully before they left. The price included a visit and video scope of our line the following morning. Our sewer line was very old and needed to be replaced asap as it was basically gone. Best was able to book the job to start that Wednesday . Their crew was punctual and respectful of our requests regarding where it was ok to dig and where it was not. They had the work finished in just a few days and went above and beyond, replanting bushes, putting down grass seed and making sure that our property looked great before leaving. I have recommended Best Plumbing to all of my neighbors. A special thank to Tony, who was our emergency tech, Mitch who managed our project and Pedro the team lead who went out of his way to help us.

Had an outside water leak in line from meter to house. Best Plumbing gave me a very fair price and Mitch seemed to know exactly what he was talking about and quickly gave me an accurate price. They did the work as explained and the price was just what was promised. His guys were pleasant and productive. I had insurance to pay for this but unfortunately Mitch gave inaccurate information to the insurance company which caused them to pay for only half the total cost. I had a few words after the work was completed emails, texts, and phone conversations with him about this, but unfortunately it was a case that now the work was done, no need to further contact. I had to spend my time to completely redo the landscaping where the hole for the underground machine worked and the slight damage the trencher did to the yard. OK no big deal, but I did it myself because I wasn’t interested in any more follow-up with Best Plumbing. Now I can only hope that there are no further issues with my water line because I’m not sure what kind of response I’d get. I would recommend Best, but would be cautious doing so.

I highly recommend Best Plumbing if you ever need a water main replaced. We had a very tricky situation, as both our neighbor and we needed our water line replaced, and it was over 250' from the street to our house connection, and most of it ran under driveways and cul de sacs. Mitch (project manager) was very professional, knowledgable, and kept us informed of the project status. Pedro and his crew worked their a$$ off digging holes for the lines to run, tearing through roots and rocks, and creating the new connections. They ran into many unforseen issues but each time resolved it quickly. Any time we had questions, Pedro would stop what he as doing, and took the time to patiently and professionally answer our questions and address any concerns. Everyone on the team took great care to minimize disruption to our landscaping and put things back to the way they were. Overall, great level of professionalism, quality, and care.
