Best Plumber

Best Plumber is the BEST! My husband and I purchased the Navien Tankless system after our State Select Water heater crashed for a second time in 5 years. We are oh so happy that we made this investment. Randy our plumber did an outstanding job from start to finish in his installation. His workmanship is excellent and our tankless system is working seamlessly. I would highly recommend Best Plumber. And just a shout out too for Emily who was our first contact and a great representative for this company. She took our info and went the extra mile to give us great customer service from the office to the plumber. Don’t hesitate to use this newly budding company of outstanding people with integrity and a great work ethic!!! PS They also installed a new kitchen facet for us.

We called Best Plumber to replace our kitchen faucet. They quickly gave us an appointment time and followed up several times, even sending us the name and a picture of the rep who would come. When he arrived he checked our water pressure and water heater and faucet. He then presented us with 3 options to choose from. Once we made our decision he quickly went to work and got the task done. His name was Jordan White and I would highly recommend him.

First time using Best Plumbing, but won’t be the last. Appointment was made for a leaking toilet and they came out the next morning well within the time window they provided. Landon did a thorough inspection to make sure there were no other leak issues in the house and offered several helpful suggestions to ensure efficient plumbing service. He completed the repair in a timely fashion and provided a level of courtesy not often seen today. The repair was neat and resolved the situation. We will not hesitate to call Best and Landon when ever we have plumbing needs. Excellent superior service with a smile.

I called Best Plumber because of the water leak in room. Casey and Brandon arrived promptly to address a leaking water heater tank and quickly diagnosed the issue. The problem was thoroughly explained, and a transparent estimate for the repair was provided. The work was completed efficiently, and the work area was kept clean. The professionalism and expertise were outstanding. Best Plumber would be hired again, and Casey and Brandon are highly recommended for any plumbing needs.

Best Plumber is an amazing company. I'm extremely happy that my friend recommended them to me. I used their services twice. Jordan White was assigned to do my plumbing job twice and he did an amazing job. He is very experienced, honest, punctual and unbelievably good person. After he finished the job, I never had any more problems with my plumbing. He did it solidly. Also, the front desk appointment scheduler was very proffecional and very pleasant. She scheduled my appointment fast and eagerly answered to all my questions. I'm giving this company 100 stars. If you're looking for the truly honest and dedicating company, don't look any further because you already found them, and you'll be very happy with their services as much as I do.
