I had a wonderful experience with the company's customer service and Jesse exceeded my expectations. He is very personable and loves what he does. I appreciated him taking the time to explain everything in detail. Despite the repair and cost being more than I enticipated, Jesse helped make the decision easier, explained all the benefits, and what was priority. He takes great pride in his work at it shows! While I spent more than I expected to, it was all worth it with the knowledge I received! The new toilet looks great!

I had a clogged bathroom sink. That had to snake it pretty far down. There was a leak In a back pipe which was replaced. All told not knowing plumbing prices seemed high until I called around. The servicemen were respectful and cleaned up. I would recommend this company.

I have used Ben Franklin in the past and they were quick and reasonably priced but not this time. I had my main water cut off valve stuck open so I needed it to be replaced. I contacted the office and got a customer agent or an AI agent to take my information. She said that it would be after hours and a service charge would apply. However, knowing that it was the main cutoff valve to the house the representative should have known that the city would have to come out and shut off the water and they would not come out after hours unless an emergency. I should have been made aware of that prior to sending the plumber out. I would not have authorized the plumber to come out if he couldn't do anything. So I got charged $99 for a plumber to look at the valve and say, "Can't fix it without the city. Now the plumber was nice enough but the estimate for a valve replacement was outrageous. For a ball valve that at most would cost $50 dollars the estimate was $1200. The whole process would not have been more than an hour of work ( I know this because the plumber that did replace the valve took only 30 minutes to replace).

My hot water tank TPR valve was leaking. I called to see if it was covered under warranty.. The receptionist was able to fit me in the next day for an appointment where I had a very efficient and courteous technician Steve. He did a great job!!
