They were very professional and efficient, explaining everything as they checked the pipes. They needed to get into the basement to fully fix the problem, but access wasn’t possible at the time. Still, they did a thorough job and cleaned up so well you couldn’t even tell any work had been done. I really appreciated how careful and respectful they were in my home. Later, another company was brought in through an insurance claim to finish the repair, but unfortunately, they damaged the blinds above my sink, stained the ceiling, and even broke a shelf in my lower cabinets. After seeing how both companies handled things, I can say that the first team truly set the standard with their care and attention.
