Called ARS and Matt came out & told me 3 different options & costs for replacing my WH. I chose the tankless WH. The next day Nate came out & installed tankless water heater and “Flo Tech”. Both men were very polite and knowledgeable about the products. Nate was the technician who did installation which was a 6-8 hr process. Nate worked straight through nonstop on getting it installed. He did a great job! He installed it earlier today so I am looking forward to not having to buy 40-50lb bags of salt for WS. I had the water softener replaced with “Flo Tech” looking forward to all the benefits it will provide my waterlines.

Water heater starting leaking. Went to Lowe's to see what they had and set up a free evaluation. I had two years of warranty left so I got a new A.O.Smith. Daniel (ARS) set it up the same day. Next day Tim came to install and was very polite and professional. Very detailed in his work. I am relieved that a professional plumber did the install. Looks and works great.

Didn’t do anything I was told would be done for the tune up deal offered by Lowe’s. Service guy was nice. Understand the game but atleast do what I was told would be done. I’m sure he didn’t even turn the unit on.opened up my furnace by cutting tape and never sealed back up! You’re teply is comical! You have my information and address to fix the issue! Y’all must be desperate for that $29 get you in the door fee!

For starters, the technician was very pleasant. However, you could tell that this company has extensive training to justify their unbelievably high prices. I got a quote for a water heater replacement from Lowe’s and this company showed up. Instead of just saying he would hook it up, he was talking about changing the location of my shutoff valve, redirecting copper and upgrading me to a 50 gallon tank for “no extra charge.” All unnecessary stuff. When you charge $3600 to swap out a $600 water heater, the “no extra charge” strategy is comical. I said there’s no way that I would agree to this price and I was told that if I picked up the new unit and brought it home, they would swap it out for $1800. I asked how long it takes and was told 2 hours. So I mentioned that $900/hr for labor still seems incredibly high. I was told that there would be the cost of materials, but they should not have cost much at all. Avoid the Lowe’s free estimates because they will most likely waste everyone’s time. I recommend finding a good handy man and maybe companies will be forced to rethink their prices.
