Shawn W was my technician and he was very efficient and explained everything to me. He was shocked that my water heater of 17 years hadn’t busted open before I made the call to them. He was dispatched the next day after a near closing call to the office. Hands down great service! 1 day for everything.

These guys are the best, they know their shit and they price competitively and fairly! We called them for a second opinion on a quote we felt was high with a foggy idea of what the equipment would be. Arlinghaus quickly explained several styles and options as well as manufacturers they know and trust. We ended up getting a top notch state of the art system for LESS than the mystery system the other company was going to install. We will absolutely call these guys first next time.

Austin was very professional while being personable and kind. He is definitely an asset to the business! Unfortunately my system was not able to be fixed so Zach was able to come within the hour to assess what needed to be done. Wow, did he work hard! Although it's never fun to have an unexpected expense, Zach enrolled me in the process of identifying solutions and took a lot of time to explain what he was doing. He was able to come up with a plan that should vastly improve my HVAC system. He was knowledgeable and focused while being friendly and approachable. Thanks Arlinghaus!

We had a relatively simple problem with our AC compressor (capacitor) but the tech from Arlington showed up super quickly, diagnosed it quickly, fixed it quickly and got back on his merry way. It's been awfully hot out, so I was surprised and thankful they were able to send someone as fast as they did. I sent them a message last night at 10:00 and they were here at 8:30 this morning!

Maurice was extremely helpful. He walked me thru the steps he needed to take in order to locate, then repair the cracked pipe. His knowledge and kindness when providing a solution reduced my anxiety tremendously. Thank you Arlinghaus for employing high quality technicians. .
