Called and got a tech to my home shockingly quick. My toilet went from leaking all over my bathroom floor to fixed in under an hour from him arriving the same day I called. And all for a price that I didn’t feel ripped off paying. Will definitely be using them in the future

I called needing a new water heater. Their guy showed up the next day and informed me that I didn’t need a replacement and just a repair. The honesty was refreshing and hopefully I won’t need their services but if I do I know who I’m calling in the future.

There was some leaking under my kitchen sink, I called Aqualine and Seth came out the very next day. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue and educate me about both the leak and water pressure. His professionalism and willingness to explain everything in detail were greatly appreciated. I’m very thankful for his help and would highly recommend Aqualine!

Took 3 whole days to install heat pump a year ago and when I needed my yearly service I was told they no longer did that. Had someone else come out and unit was leaning heavily , only little wires holding unit steady(which it was not) and there was no Freon. I called Aqualine to ask why all this was needed and the man I talked to was extremely rude. I didn’t know if these new charges were legit. Apparently they were. My air conditioning works better than when it was brand new. For $10,000 you you think they would want your business go to Seattle Heating and cooling. They will treat you right and not rip you off
