Apollo Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

We had the best experience with Apollo Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. They gave us the best quote compared to others in the area for a new HVAC system. We had Allen and JR out to install both units for us yesterday. They replaced everything including the filter box and lines to the furnace. They came out right at 8:30 am and worked until it was completed, without stopping. They walked me through everything they were doing and even what was previous installed incorrectly that they fixed on this new install. They also spent time educating us on both of the units and the new wall thermostat. They were kind and respectful and even did a great job cleaning up the spaces on their way out. Our AC is running better than it ever has now. And they made sure to test everything, including the heat before leaving the job yesterday. I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Apollo after going through this process with them.

JR did a very thorough job installing our new ac unit. He took his time and did it right while explaining to us what he was doing. We only had to go 2 days without ac and are so happy now to have a cool house. He was very respectful and helpful.

Clayton was wonderful. He was friendly, professional and an expert in his field. He explained everything thoroughly so that I could understand what measures I needed to take to either repair or replace my air conditioner, and the costs associated with same. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clayton and his representation of Apollo. I felt secure in the fact that I was being treated fairly and honestly. In the future, I will always ask for Clayton if I need any service. As a side note, Clayton was training a young man named Carter. He was smart, friendly and showed an eagerness to learn. I believe he will also be a great asset to the Apollo team. Shawn came over shortly thereafter and thoroughly explained all the financial options available to me, while quoting me a fair market value price. He was genuine and down-to-earth. I did not feel pressured nor did I feel he was trying to oversell me. He was willing to work with me on what was in my best financial interest. So far, I am very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and expertise afforded to me and trust that this company values their customers and will do whatever is necessary to make sure they are satisfied. Jimmy and Landon did the installation of my new air conditioner. I am more than thrilled that the work was completed before the next heat wave. Both men were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure that my unit was working properly and efficiently before they left. They laid down tarp so that no dirt was tracked in my home and when they left, I didn’t have to lift a finger to clean up after them. They deserve a five-star recommendation! To summarize my experience with Apollo, I can say without hesitation that everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional and experts in their field, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you are looking to replace or repair your air conditioner or furnace. I actually knew nothing about them and cold-called them because I had their magnet on my refrigerator (and, I read their reviews). I got lucky because I chose the right company! Thank you Apollo!

Jake C. did an amazing job going over my two furnace and two A/C units. He was thorough and more than willing to answer any questions I had. He walked me through a couple things I asked him about so I can monitor/clean on my own. His customer service was superb and above and beyond my expectations, which were high given the reviews of this company! Thank you!

The guys were extremely friendly and super professional. I left for work and when I got back my new boiler was installed and looked absolutely wonderful. They cleaned up great and the house is warm again. I am incredibly greatful for the service from the emergency tech that came out to disconnect the old boiler, the sales staff that quoted me, and the installers who did the heavy work. From start to finish I had a new boiler installed and working in less then 72 hours. First class operation. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
