After 30 years, my old boiler system and hot water heater failed. My wife and I decided to have a new updated system installed. At that time we called Eric at Apex plumbing. He came immediately. We both agreed on the price and the product and he started that afternoon Tearing the old system out. Three days later, the job was complete, see attached photo, I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He was easy to work with and very honest in fact, I’m sure he gave me more than I bargain for. It was a pleasure working with him and I highly recommend him. Finished product looks like a piece of artwork. I told him I could put that up in our living room As a showpiece I guarantee you if you use him, you will be completely satisfied with his knowledge and his work ethic. This company is outstanding in every way. I called several other plumbing companies, to no avail. Apex was on point from the moment they answered my call. Courteous, professional over the phone, set my service call around my availability. Arrived later then the original time window, caused by previous call. But, the service provider (Dylan) called to notified me, as well as giving me his new ETA, I was appreciative of his call. He arrived on time, very professional demeanor, friendly. You could tell he was an outstanding individual and his work showed that. Dylan explained what needed to be fixed, and went over and above to correct our leaks. Outstanding job, I would recommend this company without having any reservations in doing so. If I ever need a plummer or heating service again, they have my business because they earned it. Showed for after hours emergency call (Friday at like 6pm). Plumber arrived in window he said. Came back to fix it at normal rate on a weekday since it wasnt actively leaking. Customer service was easy to reach out to. The technician that showed up was extremely friendly and helpful.
