Apex Plumbing & Heating

Our hot water heater died. Apex was recommended to us by our furnace company Bowker which we trust and recommend. Called Apex and a technician came out the next day to look at it and said he would call us back with a quote for a replacement. Never did. Apparently didn’t want or need our business. Total waste of our time. They could’ve at least had the courtesy to say they weren’t interested in the job

My husband came home from work to find our water heater leaking. I messaged Apex, after hours, to see if they could come by the next day. They responded right away and were at my house first thing the next morning. They quickly found the problem, repaired it, and were on their way. Pleasant, professional, reasonable, and fast. Thank you Apex! I hope to not need repairs again, but if I do - you'll be the first company I call.

Such a great company! We had a burst pipe & needed it repaired ASAP, they were there within in an hour and took less than 45 minutes for the repair. I will definitely use Apex for all our plumbing needs.

Tim and company are awesome! I called with a toilet leaking issue in our guest apartment after our guests reported the problem. It was middle of the day, but Tim said he could come out in about two hours. He sent two gentlemen who were professional, polite, knowledgeable, efficient, just awesome! When they got here I asked them to also fix the bathroom faucet which was loose and leaking. And, to check all of our toilets! They did not hesitate, and got the entire job done within about 15 or 20 minutes. I’m so grateful to them all, this is a busy season for guests and they made it work. I keep them in my contacts and will always use them.

Greg and crew are exceptional! Their professionalism and craftsmanship sets them above the rest by far! They're fast also, and they do it right the first time. Not to mention I absolutely love my tankless water heater! Great service, great guys.
