This company is a scam Bill from their Jacksonville location told my I had a slab leak it would cost 30,000 and they can repipe my house for 14,000 . He never came inside my house to check for a leak. I financed that amount I called my electric company to see if the leak was fixed and I still had a leak. They sent someone out to check for leaks and the guy told me today I never had a slab leak it was a small leak and from my sink and tub. He said the new meter they installed just starting picking up the leak. Get a second opinion and don’t let Bill come to you house. They left holes in my wall, their tools , trash inside and the outside of my house. They left their ladder leaning on my house . I had to sit it on the ground so my kids don’t hurt themselves.Im waiting on the Regional manager Jack to call me in the morning . Someone was suppose to patch these holes in my house (6 total) today but they never showed up. I will be seeing them in court and I reported them to BBB. I have my water bills to show I never had a slab leak .

We just had Jonathan come out to diagnose our plumbing issues. This young man was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer care. If you need a plumber, ask for Jonathan. He is awesome!
