So grateful to American Plumber and Rooter. So grateful for the service that I received. Kris came out and put in a new water heater with incredible urgency and care. I had a few questions following the installation and T has always replied right away. I am so grateful for the service, value, and quality that I received From American plumbing and Rooter. As I read customer reviews about the company and the experiences they had I decided to call American. They did not disappoint. Thank you for your honest reviews. My experience could not have been better.

Rich and his team are amazing! I reached out to them for a water shut off valve and hose bib manifold that had seen its better days. Rich was very responsive over the phone and after sending him a few pictures of our setup, had me on the schedule the same week. Kevin arrived to take care of business and did a masterful job installing some new, shiny copper for us and the best part, everything works beautifully now. Both Rich and Kevin were professional, kind, and provided excellent service all the way around. Look no further than these guys for your plumbing needs! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Rich. I was helping my mom look for estimates to a pipe issue she had. Rich was able to send someone over to take a look at it. Rich then spoke with me and was very honest and explained to me they wouldn’t be able to do that work but could refer me to another company that was able to fix the issue. Rich spent time on the phone with me, explaining everything that was going on. I’m very grateful that he took the time to speak with me and referred me out.

Rich was amazing during a recent water issue I had at my property. Rich was prompt, knowledgable, and very thorough during his review of the damages, and fixed my issue in very quick time; which was a huge relief to us during a very stressful situation. Rich is a very personable gentleman. He takes the time to address every question and concern, and thoroughly explains the job beforehand, making you aware of any potential issues that could arise. His technician, Kevin, is also a great guy—friendly and professional. They handled a slab leak repair with minimal mess and did everything possible to make the process as non-intrusive as they could. HIGH WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Sorry about the javelina, Rich! LOL
