Allen's Plumbing Sewer and Drain Cleaning Services

I heard great things about Allen’s plumbing from a friend of mine. Tom (as he preferred) answered right away and I had an appointment the next day. He was early, which was a wonderful surprise since many don’t care any more. Tom got right to it and gave me a more than fair estimate of cost and time, much better than I anticipated. The best thing was that I could tell he wasn’t trying to just make money or sell me something I didn’t need! By the end of the next day my drain system was back to perfect working order. Got issues, give him a call!! So nice to still find businesses and people like Tom out here in the Lansing area!! Thanks, Tom!

Tim was extremely professional and had a thorough working knowledge about the issue he was there to address. He was very courteous and answered all my questions with patience and explained everything clearly before commencing the process. It was very reassuring to learn that the issue I was facing could be resolved with some regular maintenance from my side. I found Tim’s manner to be very informative and helpful. Ton was extremely professional and knowledgeable! I could immediately tell he has been doing this for a long time, without feeling like I was being taken advantage of me. He walked me through what the problem was and all the possible ways to fix said problem. We ended up doing a mainline auger and he recommended strategies on how to keep my drain line clear! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Walked into work Monday morning and was greeted with a horrible smell. I called Allen’s drain cleaning to check out our large commercial building and Tom was here within the hour. Quick, professional, knowledgeable and friendly! He went above and beyond for us! We will be using Allen’s drain cleaning again!

Could not recommend Tom enough. Very personable guy and all of the work was quick and efficient. Price was significantly better than the competition. Others I’ve talked to had the same experience and their eyes lit up when I mentioned Tom Allen. We had a main sewer line back up after roots got into the pipe. Nightmare of a time where we had to call a different company for an emergency snaking to temporarily unclog our system while we cleaned the bathroom and adjacent carpet one night after work. That company provided quotes for more permanent solutions and truly made us panic with how much we expected a fix to cost. Tom thankfully called us back after I left a voicemail and was familiar with the previous company and quickly alleviated concerns and fixed everything in the next couple days. The work was quick - Tom checked a couple things out on a Monday, called Miss Dig and handled everything permit related, came out that Wednesday morning, and was done by lunch. He even was nice enough to take some of the leftover stacks of wood the township previously left in our yard after cutting some trees down. He’s a good guy and does good work - trust him.
