Excellent and friendly service! They are committed to doing a good job, the right way, and it shows. Plumbing service was thorough and the Allen's Plumber looked at additional areas we had questions about and provided advice and estimates for those projects, too. We never got the feeling that they were pushing unnecessary repairs. And several options were presented based on what we wanted to do short-term and long-term. Unlike others whom I have done business with in the past that displayed high pressure sales tactics. The gentleman who came to my house were wonderful. Both were very professional and were able to help me with my fridge. The scheduling coordinator was able to get me an appointment time super early in the morning as well to help with my insane schedule as well which was really really appreciated during this already stressful time. We used them for our fridge this time but I can see us using them in the future if the staff is this hardworking.

The service by Allen's Kentucky Mechanical was top notch. They came to our house and gave a professional assessment to our needs concerning a new HVAC unit. We were given many options to choose from and found, with an upgrade to a 5 ton 16 seer unit and a calculated & professional approach to reconstructing a new duct, our air flow increased through out the house tremendously. We now have a cooler house without the HVAC unit running constantly. This has made a sizable change for the better in our electric bill. I could not have asked for a more courteous staff and crew. I plan to have Allen's Kentucky Mechanical be the one I turn to for all my electrical needs, and I would definitely recommend them to you, a future customer.
