All Time Plumbing and Drains

What an amazing company, this was my second attempt at finding someone to fix the issue in our toilet. Unlike the first company who just stayed for 5 minutes and said a new toilet will fix the issue (of course, it didn’t) Josueh from All Time Plumbing took the time to check all 3 toilets, brought a camera in and properly told us what was wrong. He came the next day right on time to fix the issue and we got it taken care of in a matter of 24 hours. 10/10 recommend All Time Plumbing and Drains and I will be using them again if I need anything.

When I called, a very pleasant helpful person immediately picked up, instead of a voice mail system like most other places which was a big plus. The next morning, and on a holiday, Octavio arrived promptly here in Cottonwood ready to go. What I thought might be simple turned out to be very complicated and Octavio handled it with expertise. He stayed extra long and insisted on staying until it was done perfectly. Very professional and very pleasant. Plumbing is not cheap nowadays, but the service we received was well worth what we paid for and we’re very happy with the results. He was trustworthy and honest as well. If you want the job done properly and promptly call these guys.

Technician Orlando came and provided great communication and resolution to the issue. Did everything to inform of quality and condition of system currently , and even resolved back up caused by obstructions. Honest and Respectful , Highly Recommend this Company.

I had a sink clog and smoke with a friendly scheduler. I was scheduled the same day. Ernesto Vargas was my plumber. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was quick and did an amazing job! Everything left clean and perfect! Highly recommend! Great customer service!
