Called for plumbing help late on Friday afternoon and was quickly set for an appointment on Monday. The service person provided multiple estimates based on the amount of work we wanted done. After some discussion, we were able to negotiate the scope of work and a price that was reasonable. I appreciated the quick resolution of my concerns.
